Late & Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you’ve booked an appointment, we have reserved time for your services. We understand schedules change and things come up, but please be mindful of your stylist(s) and their time. If you need to change your appointment, please reach out as soon as you are aware! This allows your stylist(s) to potentially fill the spot and helps to ensure we can reschedule you in a timely manner. To avoid late or cancellation fees, communicate with us and we’ll do our best to work with you!

1. We require 24-Hour notice for all appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to the card on file being charged for 50% of the total services booked.

2. We have a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. In the event that you are running late to your appointment and the salon/your stylist hasn’t heard from you, you will receive a courtesy call to check in on you. Unfortunately, if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be considered cancelled, will need to be rescheduled, and may be subject to the card on file being charged for 50% of the total services booked.

3. No Shows will be subject to the card on file being charged for 50% of the total services booked.
